Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

How to withdraw

Use the “Withdraw from contract here” button in the footer of every page. Alternatively, an unequivocal statement to Musikdinge e.U. – Musikhaus, Svetlozar Stanchev Dimitrov, Mohsgasse 3/26, 1030 Wien, Österreich, email office@musik-dinge.at, is sufficient. You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. We confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email with date and time without delay.

To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from receipt of your withdrawal, using the same means of payment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of return.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and within fourteen days. You bear the direct cost of return. You are only liable for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature of the goods.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed, or to goods made to customer specifications.
