Terms and conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed in the online shop of Musikdinge e.U. – Musikhaus. Contract languages are German and English.

2. Conclusion of contract

Product listings are not a binding offer. By clicking “Order with obligation to pay” you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded with our order confirmation by email or on dispatch of the goods. The contract text is stored and sent to you with the confirmation.

3. Prices and shipping

All prices are final prices in euros incl. 20% VAT, plus the shipping costs stated on the “Shipping & delivery” page.

4. Payment

The methods listed on the “Payment methods” page are available. Goods remain our property until paid in full.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Austrian distance selling law (FAGG). See the withdrawal information. Withdrawal can be declared at any time via the “Withdraw from contract here” button.

6. Warranty

Statutory warranty under the Austrian Consumer Warranty Act (VGG) and Civil Code applies. Manufacturer guarantees are additional.

7. Governing law

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the consumer's country of residence remain unaffected.
